What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-powered features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and AI Engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models and GenAI products.
• Prioritize all AI initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with user needs and company strategy.
• Translate complex AI / GenAI / Machine Learning concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
• Define key success metrics and track their performance over time.
• Gather user feedback and analyze market trends to inform future AI-driven features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Solid understanding of AI, GenAI, and Machine Learning fundamentals with experience bringing models from concept to production.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex and abstract concepts to both technical and business teams.
• Data-driven approach by understanding existing key performance indicators and the importance of metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and lead a cross-functional engineering team in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
• Experience working in an agile environment, managing backlogs, and prioritizing using data.
