Salary: $75,000–$85,000 USD per year + Equity

What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of clients, deeply understanding their business models and goals.
- Lead technical implementations, ensuring clients are set up for long-term success.
- Proactively audit event builds, configurations, and workflows to identify risks and opportunities.
- Act as a strong voice of the client in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Client Experience.
- Translate real-world client use cases into clear product feedback, supported by data and business impact.
- Document common client questions, edge cases, and solutions to improve internal knowledge.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical account management, SaaS implementations, live event operations, or technical client support.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and integrations.
- Ability to ask probing questions, synthesize information, and professionally advocate for solutions using data.
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communicator who can fluidly switch between technical and business audiences.
- Must be a US Citizen or active US Green Card holder.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite event support.
