TL;DR

Technical Account Manager: Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with client business outcomes. Focus on leading complex implementations, supporting live events, and translating client needs into clear, actionable product insights.

Location: 100% Remote (United States). At this time, we are only able to hire US Citizens or active US Green Card holders. Optional work environment at our Santa Monica office.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 USD per year + Equity

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of clients, deeply understanding their business models and goals.
  • Lead technical implementations, ensuring clients are set up for long-term success.
  • Proactively audit event builds, configurations, and workflows to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Act as a strong voice of the client in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Client Experience.
  • Translate real-world client use cases into clear product feedback, supported by data and business impact.
  • Document common client questions, edge cases, and solutions to improve internal knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in technical account management, SaaS implementations, live event operations, or technical client support.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and integrations.
  • Ability to ask probing questions, synthesize information, and professionally advocate for solutions using data.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communicator who can fluidly switch between technical and business audiences.
  • Must be a US Citizen or active US Green Card holder.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite event support.
