Lead Implementation Specialist (AI/SaaS): Ensuring seamless customer onboarding and product adoption for hirify.global's AI-powered SaaS products, with an accent on technical readiness, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on resolving complex pre-launch and trial issues, maintaining operational execution, and acting as a primary liaison between clients and engineering/product teams.

Location: Remote (US-based only), with company hubs in San Francisco, CA and Toronto, Canada.

Salary: $70,000

What you will do

  • Own pre-Day 1 technical readiness, file reviews, and issue resolution for customer onboarding.
  • Manage and troubleshoot all issues during the trial period, coordinating directly with Engineering and Product.
  • Act as the central communication channel between customers/prospects and internal technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate logs of issues, timelines, and resolutions to support trial success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Stay current on all product functionality, upcoming features, and proactively anticipate impact on trials.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of hirify.global products, workflows, and trial lifecycle processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose document, extraction, or processing issues.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple trial timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical issues into clear customer-ready language.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams.
  • Prior experience in support, implementation, customer success, or technical operations preferred.
