Revenue Recruiter: Owning the full recruitment lifecycle for go-to-market talent within a safety technology platform with an accent on strategic partnership with hiring managers and data-driven decision-making. Focus on building high-performing teams, improving quality of hire, and ensuring new hires' success beyond the offer stage.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the United States. Prioritizing candidates in key hubs: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco, but remote work is embraced across the US.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving outcomes for go-to-market talent.
  • Act as a trusted talent partner, influencing hiring decisions and challenging assumptions.
  • Manage 5-12 requisitions and consistently achieve 3-4 hires per month.
  • Ensure new hires ramp successfully by connecting through preboarding and early tenure.
  • Utilize data to guide decisions and improve the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Experience hiring go-to-market talent at technology companies.
  • Track record of building new teams, processes, or ways of working.
  • Ability to act as a trusted talent partner, not just a process follower.
  • Strong self-direction, organization, and pipeline management skills.
  • Comfort using data to spot issues, guide decisions, and communicate clearly.
  • Willingness to travel 5–10% for company offsites.
