What you will do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving outcomes for go-to-market talent.
- Act as a trusted talent partner, influencing hiring decisions and challenging assumptions.
- Manage 5-12 requisitions and consistently achieve 3-4 hires per month.
- Ensure new hires ramp successfully by connecting through preboarding and early tenure.
- Utilize data to guide decisions and improve the hiring process.
Requirements
- Experience hiring go-to-market talent at technology companies.
- Track record of building new teams, processes, or ways of working.
- Ability to act as a trusted talent partner, not just a process follower.
- Strong self-direction, organization, and pipeline management skills.
- Comfort using data to spot issues, guide decisions, and communicate clearly.
- Willingness to travel 5–10% for company offsites.
