TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 5–10 Account Executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee territory planning, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and implement scalable strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level contacts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy and drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading or influencing sales teams in the Commercial market segment (500+ employees).
  • Proven track record of driving high-volume sales performance and maintaining pipeline discipline.
  • Success coaching and developing Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong operational leadership skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Experience managing both transactional sales cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English: B2 required.
