Salary: Base Salary: $105,000–$130,000 CAD annually. Expected Total Compensation (including target commission): $210,000–$260,000 CAD annually.

- Own relationships with named accounts to maximize expansion opportunities and ensure high customer success.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity information within internal CRM systems.
- Leverage systems and tools to engage with customers, manage pipeline, and track deal progress.
- Work strategically to understand customer business and align with their goals.
- Identify business challenges and create solutions using hirify.global services.
- Build deep trusting relationships with decision-makers and executives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Software/SaaS or Financial Tech sales with consistent quota achievement.
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related area, or equivalent.
- Previous experience selling to C-Suite (Emerging Technologies, Digital Economy, and Global Organizations preferred).
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to sell large-scale solutions and achieve sales revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
