TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Fintech): Developing relationships with existing customers and prospecting new ones to uncover pipeline, drive sales cycles, and close business with an accent on maximizing expansion opportunities across all hirify.global products. Focus on understanding customer business goals, identifying challenges, and creating solutions using hirify.global services.

Location: Hybrid working model that requires you to be in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 CAD annually + opportunity to earn commission pay $105,000 -$130,000 CAD annually.

What you will do

  • Own relationships with named accounts to develop and implement plans geared at both maximizing expansion opportunities across all hirify.global products and ensuring a high bar of customer success.
  • Accurately maintain account and opportunity information within our internal CRM systems.
  • Work strategically to understand the customer’s business and align to their business goals.
  • Identify business challenges and create solutions using hirify.global services.
  • Build deep trusting relationships with decision-makers and executives and ensure they are appropriately engaged.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Software/SaaS or Financial Tech sales with a successful track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related area, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience selling to C Suite - Emerging Technologies, Digital Economy, and Global Organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Problem-solving capabilities, highly organized, and detail-oriented, strong time-management skills.
  • Proactive, self-starting individual who can identify opportunities and run with it.
  • Must be able to work in the office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
