What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospects, acting as a professional ambassador for hirify.global.
- Take ownership of customer accounts, focusing on increasing scope and value.
- Meet business renewal targets, create price quotes, and upsell hirify.global products/services.
- Collect customer information and provide product details to customers and partners.
- Plan and execute effective sales campaigns to proactively grow accounts.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high volume B2B sales or renewals, ideally within technology.
- Strong phone presence and experience in a high-volume customer interaction environment.
- Proficient interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Self-starter with high initiative and a goal-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Inside Sales experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Basic knowledge in mobile technology.
