Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (Boston, MA)

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 USD OTE

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage target accounts through outbound channels including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage a consistent outbound motion focused on quality conversations and pipeline health.
  • Personalize outreach based on account research, industry context, and buyer pain points.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, assessing fit, urgency, and potential value.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against clear criteria before scheduling discovery meetings.
  • Partner closely with Sales Directors and the broader GTM team for seamless opportunity handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track outreach performance to refine approach.

Requirements

  • Experience serving as the first point of contact for prospective customers in a sales or GTM role.
  • Proven ability to prospect and nurture marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Comfort leveraging multiple outreach channels including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills with clear and confident communication.
  • High empathy and emotional intelligence to tailor conversations to prospect needs.
  • Resilience and grit to handle rejection and stay focused on long-term outcomes.
  • A data-informed, analytical approach to improving performance.
  • High learning velocity and interest in modern technology, marketing, or the creator economy.
