What you will do

  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through strategic and personalized outreach.
  • Partner with and build pipelines for Mid-Market Account Executives.
  • Document, map, and strategize opportunities, prioritizing them effectively.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales tools (Outreach, LinkedIn, Zoominfo) for lead management and forecasting.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with all prospects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals of qualified opportunities and meetings booked.

Requirements

  • Previous BDR/SDR experience in a similar or adjacent industry is preferred.
  • Able to join occasional in-person events and be part of hybrid in-office work expectations.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and competitive nature and a strong desire to grow your sales career.
  • Strong collaboration with teammates and prospective customers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, articulate business opportunities, and follow processes diligently.
  • Technical understanding and keen interest in technology.
