What you will do
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through strategic and personalized outreach.
- Partner with and build pipelines for Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Document, map, and strategize opportunities, prioritizing them effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales tools (Outreach, LinkedIn, Zoominfo) for lead management and forecasting.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all prospects in a fast-paced environment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly goals of qualified opportunities and meetings booked.
Requirements
- Previous BDR/SDR experience in a similar or adjacent industry is preferred.
- Able to join occasional in-person events and be part of hybrid in-office work expectations.
- Self-starter with a proactive and competitive nature and a strong desire to grow your sales career.
- Strong collaboration with teammates and prospective customers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs, articulate business opportunities, and follow processes diligently.
- Technical understanding and keen interest in technology.
