What you will do
- Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.
- Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling, email, and social campaigns.
- Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage them by phone and/or email.
- Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and sharing findings with your team.
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and local trade shows to stay current with technology and the ecosystem.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German & English.
- University degree from an accredited institution.
- A passion for technology and software sales, with 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
- Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated.
- The ability to thrive in a company environment of rapid change, adapting to management initiatives and customer perspectives.
- Resourcefulness and a results-driven operating style.
- A collaborative and coachable mindset, excited about continuously improving skills and impact.
- Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift efforts based on department or business goals.
