TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling, email, and social campaigns.
  • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage them by phone and/or email.
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and sharing findings with your team.
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and local trade shows to stay current with technology and the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German & English.
  • University degree from an accredited institution.
  • A passion for technology and software sales, with 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated.
  • The ability to thrive in a company environment of rapid change, adapting to management initiatives and customer perspectives.
  • Resourcefulness and a results-driven operating style.
  • A collaborative and coachable mindset, excited about continuously improving skills and impact.
  • Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift efforts based on department or business goals.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and effective use of AI models.
