What you will do
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and execute an outbound strategy.
- Take ownership of your territory and position AI-powered B2B solutions.
- Engage with key decision-makers through various channels.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets by establishing high-quality, targeted contacts.
- Ensure data accuracy and efficiency by tracking activities in Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Participate in team initiatives and exchange best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German are mandatory.
- Active listening skills to gather customer requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months successful sales experience (ideally in a SaaS environment).
- Team player who proactively helps the team.
