What you will do

  • Develop new relationships with Enterprise prospects through a consultative approach to understand their business needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from arranging meetings to negotiating commercial and contractual terms.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate business leads.
  • Develop and maintain territory plans identifying growth opportunities for hirify.global.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • A hunter mentality and enjoyment in closing deals.
  • Target-driven and motivated to overachieve sales objectives.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).
  • Analytical skills and AI proficiency.
