Location: Hybrid Remote (US)

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 USD

What you will do

• Guide live customers to achieve improved processes and increased efficiency.
• Analyze customer data and recommend workflow automation improvements.
• Provide guidance on best practices and system configuration for the hirify.global suite.
• Inform customers about new features and explain their business impact.
• Support clients during test phases and go-live of new features.
• Collaborate and interface with peers within the global Professional Services team.

Requirements

• Prior experience with cloud-based/SaaS IT systems.
• Background in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, or Purchase-to-Pay.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high quality and control.
• Experience as a consultant or in accounting.
• Bachelor of Science degree or higher.
• Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or Infor M3.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools.
