Salary: $128,900–$157,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead Business & Technology Alignment to define goals, requirements, user stories, and outcomes, ensuring technical roadmaps align with organizational needs.
• Shape Technical Solutions by developing strong business cases and guiding product strategies to reduce technical debt and meet regulatory requirements.
• Guide Requirements & System Design by leading workshops, building use cases, and creating detailed specifications.
• Manage Complex Application Platforms, overseeing configuration, workflows, permissions, reporting, and critical platform functions.
• Coordinate Vendor Solutions, translating business needs into requirements and maintaining productive relationships.
• Champion Security & Compliance, ensuring cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory standards are incorporated into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/related discipline or equivalent work or education related experience required.
• Minimum seven years of experience working with business software applications.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Proficiency in microservices and API architecture, including REST, GraphQL, service contracts, and versioning.
• Advanced skills with SQL and/or various relational database concepts and languages.
• Experience in developing and delivering the full system development life cycle, including CI/CD pipeline support, production implementation, and issue resolution.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience working with the Fiserv DNA core banking platform.
• Strong with multiple change approaches like Agile, Lean, TDD, or Waterfall.
• Understanding of software engineering vocabulary and data architecture, including Azure DevOps or JIRA.
