What you will do

  • Lead strategic development and execution of comprehensive campaign plans for customer onboarding and product adoption.
  • Oversee implementation of campaigns within CRM platforms, driving definition of advanced data requirements for CRM tools.
  • Establish KPIs and work with analytics teams to drive actionable insights and optimize program performance.
  • Architect multi-variate testing frameworks to optimize program effectiveness and drive innovation.
  • Provide strategic leadership to creative teams, ensuring brand consistency and compelling messaging.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in loyalty/email marketing, CRM, product marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in financial services.
  • Expertise in enterprise-level marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical acumen with a track record of leveraging data for strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex business challenges.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
