TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Promoting hirify.global products and services, establishing customer relationships, and providing qualified leads to sales teams with an accent on understanding hirify.global's value proposition and generating sales opportunities. Focus on managing a sales pipeline, achieving quarterly revenue targets, and leveraging AI tools for prospecting.

Location: Hybrid role, working from the Kitchener office 3 days per week.

Salary: $40,000—$56,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Exceed sales objectives within your assigned territory.
  • Understand and deliver hirify.global's unique value proposition to create solution visions with prospects.
  • Actively participate in outbound calling campaigns to generate sales opportunities.
  • Accurately capture and qualify leads gathered from various marketing initiatives.
  • Update customer interactions through the CRM tool and complete sales reports.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on product and industry knowledge, including competitors.

Requirements

  • Interest in pursuing a sales career within a fast-paced environment.
  • Pro-active and goal-oriented with the ability to maintain consistent customer activity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer orientation skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
  • Previous experience in eLearning, the education sector, enterprise software and/or high tech solutions providers preferred.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience using AI-powered sales engagement and CRM tools to optimize prospecting and outreach.
