TL;DR

Sales Representative, Software Solution Sales (Fintech): Driving profitable revenue growth via outbound calling activities for tax and accounting software solutions with an accent on increasing product attachment rates and acquiring net new customers. Focus on developing territory sales plans, building and maintaining sales pipelines, and achieving monthly sales quotas.

Location: Hybrid position requiring working from our Toronto office on a weekly basis. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process. Must be based in Canada (Toronto, North York).

Salary: $50,100.00–$76,350.00 CAD

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and develop territory sales plans.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to support ongoing achievement of targets.
  • Monitor weekly progress using Salesforce.com reports and provide forecasts.
  • Learn and execute the hirify.global sales methodology, incorporating the “GREAT” sales process.
  • Follow-up on marketing qualified leads and maintain strong product knowledge.
  • Discuss product functionality, technology, and counter objections regarding competitive solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 2 or more years of successful B2B/B2C/B2G inside sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other comparable CRM tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability, passion, and desire to conduct outbound telephone activities daily.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling software/SaaS or cloud technology solutions.
  • Tax & Accounting industry knowledge or work experience.
  • Bilingual French/English language fluency (Native or professional business level).
