TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Legal AI): Driving interest and expanding hirify.global's customer base by prospecting identified target accounts and consulting prospective clients on hirify.global's legal AI suite. Focus on qualifying leads through high-volume cold-calling, understanding customer needs, and developing sales skills within a rapid-growth environment.

Location: Hybrid work environment in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin or Sydney with minimum twice-weekly office attendance.

Salary: 61,600 CAD base + 26,400 CAD expected commission (88,000 CAD total expected compensation)

What you will do

  • Outbound prospecting to identified target accounts within an assigned segment.
  • Perform 65-100 cold calls daily with the intent to qualify key leads.
  • Work and collaborate directly with Account Executives to create sales opportunities.
  • Create awareness of, boost interest in, and set up demonstrations of hirify.global's product.
  • Build an understanding of the assigned territory/segment and develop unique solutions to uncover prospects.
  • Document all sales activities in Salesforce and meet daily KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience or transferable experience, including cold-calling.
  • Knowledge and passion for technology and cloud-based products.
  • A competitive and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with minimum twice-weekly office attendance in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney.

Nice to have

  • Sales experience and training at a leading tech/IT company.
  • Experience at a SaaS company.
