What you will do
- Identify and contact key decision-makers to drive new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects.
- Support Marketing and Sales departments through lead generation and qualification.
- Work closely with an assigned Account Executive to achieve personal and sales targets.
- Communicate hirify.global's value proposition and schedule product demonstrations.
Requirements
- Fluent English is essential.
- Previous successful client-facing experience, preferably in B2B sales or telesales.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
- Willingness to learn about social and brand marketing.
- Technical aptitude to master CRM tools.
Nice to have
- Additional language proficiency, particularly Mandarin.
- Understanding of marketing and brand storytelling.
