What you will do

• Build and execute global sourcing strategies across various GTM functions including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Align sourcing strategy to customer segments including Enterprise, Mid Market, Managed Service Providers, and Internal IT.
• Partner with global hiring leaders to understand segment focus and regional hiring priorities.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and organizational mapping across software companies serving IT, MSP, and enterprise buyers.
• Identify and engage passive talent experienced in direct sales, partner-led motions, and customer retention models.
• Deliver ongoing market insights including talent availability, competitive movement, and compensation trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing experience supporting GTM hiring within B2B SaaS.
• Experience sourcing across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, or Partner roles.
• Familiarity with Enterprise, Mid Market, MSP, or Internal IT buyer motions.
• Understanding of direct and partner-driven revenue models.
• Experience conducting competitive mapping and segment-based market research.
• Demonstrated ability to build advanced Boolean searches and execute LinkedIn Recruiter projects.
• Hybrid based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate unassisted to Austin, TX.
• Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
