What you will do
- Own performance strategy across 3-4 retail/eCommerce accounts.
- Coordinate delivery across search, social, SEO, and creative teams.
- Identify opportunities, risks, and next-best actions for client growth.
- Deliver campaign plans, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
- Bring fresh thinking on retail trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 3-4 years' digital growth / performance marketing experience.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence with ROAS, CPA, revenue, and KPI storytelling.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, and Meta platforms.
- Comfortable presenting in weekly calls and QBRs.
