Focus on defining unique value propositions, optimizing conversion funnels with data-led growth frameworks, and owning the HubSpot platform for sophisticated automation and attribution.

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in Bristol, UK, Vilnius, Lithuania, or Uppsala, Sweden.

hirify.global is a rapidly growing FinTech business established in 2019, aiming to modernize and simplify B2B payments for the travel industry within the UK and EEA.

What you will do

  • Own the annual marketing roadmap, budget, and ROI reporting.
  • Act as the primary marketing stakeholder in leadership meetings, translating complex marketing data into commercial outcomes.
  • Define unique value propositions through deep-dive competitive analysis for the global travel market.
  • Implement data-led growth frameworks to optimize the conversion funnel, from awareness to advocacy.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategy and act as the platform lead for HubSpot, architecting sophisticated automation.
  • Partner with the Product team to launch new features, identifying and flagging when product-market fit is not working.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a management or lead capacity.
  • Mandatory experience in Travel or FinTech sectors, understanding specific pain points of travel intermediaries and payment rails.
  • Proven track record of building marketing functions from the ground up or scaling them through significant growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and the broader MarTech stack (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM integration).
  • Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable challenging the status quo and presenting to Senior Management.
  • A "product-first" mindset with the ability to diagnose why features/campaigns aren't converting and the courage to change course.
