What you will do
- Own the annual marketing roadmap, budget allocation, and ROI reporting.
- Implement a data-led growth framework to optimise the conversion funnel.
- Oversee the SEO/SEM strategy to dominate search share-of-voice for travel-payment solutions.
- Partner with the Product team to launch new features and lead strategic pivots in messaging or targeting.
- Design and oversee the end-to-end Content and Lifecycle strategy to provide value at every stage of the B2B buyer journey.
- Work in lockstep with sales to ensure marketing activity fuels a high-quality sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5–10 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a management or lead capacity.
- Mandatory experience in Travel or FinTech.
- Proven track record of building marketing functions from the ground up or scaling them through significant growth phases.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and the broader MarTech stack (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM integration).
- Exceptional presentation skills and comfortable challenging the status quo and presenting to Senior Management.
- A "product-first" mindset with the ability to diagnose why certain features or campaigns aren't converting.
