Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

What you will do
- Partner with Account Managers to understand customer goals and translate them into structured training interventions.
- Activate & empower champions to build internal advocacy and sustained adoption.
- Deliver workflow-based enablement, connecting hirify.global functionality to customer workflows, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
- Build scalable learning assets, including training materials, recorded sessions, playbooks, and digital resources.
- Reinforce ROI & business impact by linking product usage to measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven SaaS Enablement or Customer Success Experience - Minimum 2 years in onboarding, training, enablement, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
- Strong understanding of how behavioral change, education, and reinforcement drive retention and expansion.
- Confident, credible presenter who can influence stakeholders.
- Understands how adoption connects to revenue protection, renewal, and growth.
- Fluent in German & English - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
