TL;DR

Customer Success Training Specialist (German Speaking): Delivering targeted enablement engagements to Account Managers that drive measurable customer outcomes with an accent on adoption, revenue protection, and expansion in a high-growth SaaS environment. Focus on strengthening adoption, protecting revenue, and enabling expansion through training strategy and execution.

Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Managers to understand customer goals and translate them into structured training interventions.
  • Activate & empower champions to build internal advocacy and sustained adoption.
  • Deliver workflow-based enablement, connecting hirify.global functionality to customer workflows, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
  • Build scalable learning assets, including training materials, recorded sessions, playbooks, and digital resources.
  • Reinforce ROI & business impact by linking product usage to measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven SaaS Enablement or Customer Success Experience - Minimum 2 years in onboarding, training, enablement, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
  • Strong understanding of how behavioral change, education, and reinforcement drive retention and expansion.
  • Confident, credible presenter who can influence stakeholders.
  • Understands how adoption connects to revenue protection, renewal, and growth.
  • Fluent in German & English - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
