TL;DR

Customer Success Executive: Managing end-to-end customer relationships, from onboarding and training new customers to supporting existing ones, with an accent on driving subscription renewals and collecting customer feedback. Focus on being the resident expert on TimeKeeper platform functionality and influencing company strategy and growth.

Location: Hybrid role, based in Duleek. Must have the right to live and work in Ireland or the UK.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end customer relationships, including onboarding, training, and support.
  • Collect, collate, and analyze customer feedback to drive subscription renewals.
  • Create, control, and update customer-facing documentation on the helpdesk.
  • Facilitate demos and webinars to showcase the TimeKeeper platform.
  • Act as the resident expert on TimeKeeper and hirify.global system functionality.

Requirements

  • Must have right to live and work in Ireland or the UK.
  • Ideally 1+ year experience working in Customer Success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate, including being comfortable with Google Suite.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Initiative and a 'can do' attitude, embracing opportunities to improve processes.
