TL;DR
Customer Success Executive: Managing end-to-end customer relationships, from onboarding and training new customers to supporting existing ones, with an accent on driving subscription renewals and collecting customer feedback. Location: Hybrid role, based in Duleek. Must have the right to live and work in Ireland or the UK.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships, including onboarding, training, and support.
- Collect, collate, and analyze customer feedback to drive subscription renewals.
- Create, control, and update customer-facing documentation on the helpdesk.
- Facilitate demos and webinars to showcase the TimeKeeper platform.
- Act as the resident expert on TimeKeeper and system functionality.
Requirements
- Must have right to live and work in Ireland or the UK.
- Ideally 1+ year experience working in Customer Success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly computer literate, including being comfortable with Google Suite.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Initiative and a 'can do' attitude, embracing opportunities to improve processes.
