What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships, including onboarding, training, and support.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive subscription renewals and initiatives.
- Create and update customer-facing documentation on the helpdesk.
- Facilitate demos and webinars to showcase the TimeKeeper platform to new customers.
Requirements
- Right to live and work in Ireland or the UK is required.
- 1+ year experience in Customer Success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly computer literate, comfortable with Google Suite.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Proactive attitude with initiative and a focus on continuous improvement.
