TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Building and maintaining client relationships for a SaaS product with an accent on driving client retention, upselling, and negotiating renewals. Focus on identifying further use cases and meeting individual and team targets.

Location: Hybrid working, requiring travel to our Portsmouth Office 3 days a week.

Salary: £30,000–£40,000

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, hosting online meetings with various stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and provide support to resolve issues, working with internal departments if required.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by upselling and uplifting client contracts.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansion proposals.
  • Identify further use cases to increase value and develop strategies.
  • Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly targets.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Experience in using CRM systems.
  • Confident personality and great communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with Director Level individuals.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Confident, tenacious, and a self-starter with a passion for delivering and meeting targets.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
