What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, hosting online meetings with various stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and provide support to resolve issues, working with internal departments if required.
- Contribute to revenue growth by upselling and uplifting client contracts.
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansion proposals.
- Identify further use cases to increase value and develop strategies.
- Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly targets.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Experience in using CRM systems.
- Confident personality and great communication skills.
- Experience interacting with Director Level individuals.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Confident, tenacious, and a self-starter with a passion for delivering and meeting targets.
- Strong negotiating skills.
