Location: Hybrid role based in Oslo (Norway), Hamburg (Germany), or London (United Kingdom). Relocation assistance is provided to Oslo or Hamburg.

What you will do

  • Lead lifecycle management for assigned accounts and ensure timely renewals.
  • Drive customer retention and growth by understanding business needs.
  • Monitor territory performance using data, manage at-risk accounts, and develop advocates.
  • Conduct continuous business/account reviews to share outcomes and identify growth.
  • Provide ongoing training and best practices to customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product management.

Requirements

  • Experience as a CSM, ideally in ocean freight, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products.
  • Excellent English skills, written and oral.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Ability to connect with other business functions for seamless customer experience.
