TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Logistics SaaS): Managing assigned accounts to drive customer retention and growth by ensuring successful product adoption and identifying business needs. Location: Hybrid in Oslo (Norway), Hamburg (Germany), or London (UK). Relocation assistance is provided for Oslo or Hamburg.

What you will do

  • Lead lifecycle management for assigned accounts, ensuring timely renewals.
  • Drive customer retention and growth by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
  • Monitor territory performance using data, define metrics, and manage at-risk accounts.
  • Conduct continuous business/account reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing training and best practices to customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product management teams.

Requirements

  • Experience working with customers and the entire customer lifecycle as a CSM, ideally from the ocean freight, supply chain, or logistics industry.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
  • Excellent English skills, written and oral.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset and strong appreciation for the entire customer journey.
  • Ability to connect with other functions in the business (marketing, sales, product).
  • Good negotiation skills.

  • Experience working with Salesforce.
