What you will do
- Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns across EMEA, ensuring strong brand consistency and operational excellence.
- Assist in planning and delivering industry conferences, executive exchanges, community events, and hirify.global-hosted experiences.
- Coordinate event logistics end-to-end, including vendor management and on-site execution.
- Partner with Growth and Demand Generation teams on account-based initiatives and regional field marketing programs.
- Help develop and amplify regional content, including case studies, announcements, and customer stories.
- Support campaign activation across email, social, paid media, and digital channels, and track performance metrics.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, events, communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience supporting events, sponsorships, campaigns, or community initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a desire to learn and grow quickly.
- Comfort collaborating across teams and regions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Customer.io).
- Language skills in German, Spanish, and/or French.
