What you will do
- Define and drive end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue for iWill, iWaqf, and hirify.global Wills.
- Lead customer acquisition through digital channels (SEO, content, social, email, website) and optimize conversion paths.
- Run high-velocity experimentation including A/B tests, copy variations, and UX patterns to improve digital footprint.
- Establish frameworks to nurture users post-signup, reduce churn, and increase completion rates through behavior triggers.
- Build dashboards, run cohort analyses, and use quantitative insights to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth with measurable impact.
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
- Experience with data tools, funnel analytics, CRO, and experimentation frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and strong communication skills.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, legal/estate tech, or consumer services.
- Familiarity with Islamic inheritance principles and cultural considerations.
- Knowledge of CRM, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, A/B testing tools.
