TL;DR

Account Manager (Sales): Building and developing relationships with enterprise customers, managing their portfolio, and driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities with an accent on proactive improvement plans and personalized sales strategies. Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €32,000–€42,000 OTEs (with a 20% of uncapped variables included)

What you will do

  • Build, engage, and develop top-quality relationships with enterprise customers through regular communication and proactive improvement plans.
  • Manage your own customer portfolio, keep information updated, and build tracking reports.
  • Accompany clients from contract signature, ensuring top-quality onboarding, implementation, and training.
  • Maintain constant contact with existing clients to understand their requirements, needs, and expectations to strategize personalized sales plans.
  • Provide after-sales support, cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management to guarantee a strong, long-term relationship.
  • Promote and explain new products, services, and functionalities to existing customers.
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales, product, and development teams, acting as their main contact person for valuable feedback.

Requirements

  • English and Polish language professional proficiency.
  • Previous experience in Sales; customer success and satisfaction experience is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational skills with extensive use of CRM tools and portfolio management.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and a positive team player.
  • Committed, organized, proactive problem solver who loves helping people.
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment and eager to take ownership.
