What you will do
- Build, engage, and develop top-quality relationships with enterprise customers through regular communication and proactive improvement plans.
- Manage your own customer portfolio, keep information updated, and build tracking reports.
- Accompany clients from contract signature, ensuring top-quality onboarding, implementation, and training.
- Maintain constant contact with existing clients to understand their requirements, needs, and expectations to strategize personalized sales plans.
- Provide after-sales support, cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management to guarantee a strong, long-term relationship.
- Promote and explain new products, services, and functionalities to existing customers.
- Work hand-in-hand with sales, product, and development teams, acting as their main contact person for valuable feedback.
Requirements
- English and Polish language professional proficiency.
- Previous experience in Sales; customer success and satisfaction experience is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills with extensive use of CRM tools and portfolio management.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and a positive team player.
