What you will do
- Co-develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy with a clear focus on new business acquisition.
- Proactively identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
- Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Product and Service Delivery to maximize pipeline velocity.
- Establish and enforce sales KPIs that ensure results-driven execution and transparent performance tracking.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial analyses.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to promote a unified approach and seamless customer journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, ideally with management ambition.
- Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious revenue goals.
- Experience in building accurate sales forecasts and maintaining clear pipeline visibility.
- Strong understanding of integrated sales strategies, KPI management, and performance reporting.
- 3+ years of software sales experience into the Enterprise market.
- Fluent command of the English language (at least B2).
