Ezwim, a Netherlands based company in the global family, is seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Development Representative to spearhead New Business growth across all revenue streams.
What you will do
- Co-develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy with a clear focus on new business and new-logo acquisition.
- Proactively identify, qualify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
- Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Product and Service Delivery to maximize pipeline velocity, go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and customer delivery against sales objectives.
- Establish and enforce sales KPIs that ensure results-driven execution, transparent performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making with clear accountability.
- Work closely with the CSM and promote a unified approach across departments to deliver a seamless customer journey from initial contact through to service delivery.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial analyses.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role, ideally with the ambition and readiness to take on increasing management responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious revenue goals.
- Experience in building accurate sales forecasts and maintaining clear pipeline visibility.
- Strong understanding of integrated sales strategies, KPI management, and performance reporting.
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and professional services teams.
- Fluent command of the English language (at least B2)
