TL;DR

Sales Manager: Spearheading new business growth and executing sales strategy for a software organization with an accent on new-logo acquisition, revenue targets, and KPI management. Focus on identifying new market opportunities, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Location: Remote (Netherlands), with on-site presence to be agreed. Regular international travel to clients and prospective customers is an integral part of this role.

What you will do

  • Co-develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy with a clear focus on new business acquisition.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Product and Service Delivery to maximize pipeline velocity.
  • Establish and enforce sales KPIs that ensure results-driven execution and transparent performance tracking.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial analyses.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to promote a unified approach and seamless customer journey.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, ideally with management ambition.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious revenue goals.
  • Experience in building accurate sales forecasts and maintaining clear pipeline visibility.
  • Strong understanding of integrated sales strategies, KPI management, and performance reporting.
  • 3+ years of software sales experience into the Enterprise market.
  • Fluent command of the English language (at least B2).
