What you will do

  • Identify and nurture opportunities, build pipeline, and close cloud monthly contracts.
  • Develop strategic Enterprise business with complex sales cycles.
  • Evangelize hirify.global’s vision and solutions to secure strategic commercial commitments.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of hirify.global Cloud.
  • Manage customer details and deliver accurate monthly business forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the hirify.global ecosystem by engaging in local developer meetups and community events.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional resources for successful outcomes.
  • Expertise aligning cloud solutions with customer business and technical needs.
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure software, with a preference for open-source business models.
  • Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships in a diverse, global team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong business and technical acumen.

Nice to have

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of delivering results in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote-first, global organization.
  • Prior success selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers.
