What you will do

• Lead and inspire a team of shoot producers, fostering strong relationships.
• Drive the growth and delivery of the shoot discipline, ensuring creative vision and standards are met.
• Manage productions from brief to fulfillment, including client consultation, scheduling, and resourcing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and evolve a global network of production partners.
• Provide production leadership on marquee accounts and new business pitches.
• Ensure financial soundness, legal compliance, and timely reconciliations for productions.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience managing high-performing teams within a Creative, Events, or Production Agency.
• Excellent industry knowledge of print, digital, and TV production.
• Ability to manage heavy workload under pressure, prioritize, and oversee multiple tasks.
• Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Experience in resource and production services sourcing.
• Confidence in presenting, navigating complex client/agency landscapes, and engaging in nuanced procurement conversations.
