What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to grow hirify.global’ presence in Spain.
- Engage and qualify prospects in collaboration with the SDR team, ensuring smooth handovers and a strong, well-informed pipeline.
- Deliver tailored product demos that translate the value of hirify.global into the specific needs, goals, and challenges of each potential partner.
- Represent hirify.global at local events, fairs, studio visits, and industry gatherings to strengthen our visibility and establish meaningful relationships across the Spanish sports ecosystem.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to help refine our sales approach.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for prospects from first contact to handover, supporting long-term customer success.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Fluency in Catalan or Valencian is a strong plus.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or a digital product environment.
- A track record of converting qualified opportunities into new business.
- A relationship builder at heart - empathetic, curious, and capable of earning trust with both small studios and larger, more established sports providers.
- Experience with CRM systems (we use HubSpot) and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
