Location: Hybrid role based in Neckartenzlingen, Germany. Remote work practices are feasible.

What you will do

  • Develop, implement, and monitor a unified global quality management framework across all regions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align quality initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of training materials and programs for global quality standards.
  • Develop key performance indicators to track and measure effectiveness of harmonized quality standards.
  • Benchmark global quality practices against industry standards and competitor best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electronics), Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a multi-site leadership or harmonization-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of global quality standards (ISO 9001 and others) and best practices.
  • Expert project management skills, preferably with certifications in project management methods.
  • Proactive stakeholder management and familiarity with software tools like SharePoint and ViFlow.
  • Fluency in English required; any other major European language is an advantage.
