Senior Project Manager Operations Transformation

Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid: up to 8 days of mobile work per month)

What you will do

• Develop and drive the Operations Transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and organizational optimization.
• Lead complex cross-functional transformation projects from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Analyze operational performance to identify root causes of inefficiencies and define improvement initiatives.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Procurement.
• Define success metrics and monitor benefits realization to drive productivity and cost performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
• At least 7 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Operations.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale business or operations transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within global and matrix organizations and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong skills in project management, change management, and communication in complex environments.
