What you will do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for high-volume roles in Customer Operations.
• Design and implement standardized recruitment processes and infrastructure for business growth.
• Deliver high-quality experiences for candidates and interviewers to build employer brand.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects for increased recruitment efficiency and global collaboration, including AI tools implementation.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Expertise in hiring for customer operations roles (customer service, sales, training).
• Proven ability to structure processes and manage stakeholders in high-volume environments.
• Knowledgeable in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, 3rd party tools).
• Strong ability to work with agency, autonomy, and proactivity, delivering results.
