What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers, providing strategic guidance on the external leadership candidate market.
• Advise on position alignments, interview best practices, and candidate experience.
• Analyze hiring metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Lead update meetings, conduct on-site interviews, and manage employment offers.
• Train leaders to enhance their talent acquisition capabilities.
• Source and contact prospective candidates, partnering with the employer branding team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a focus on Europe.
• Excellent communication and inquisitive skills.
• Experience in active sourcing through various channels.
• High business acumen with an understanding of complex business models.
• Proficiency in using data and research to inform discussions and decisions.
• Fluent in English and German.
