What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and priority profiles.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, databases, etc.).
  • Ensure alignment on interview processes and decision-making criteria.
  • Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments for technical and cultural fit.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support the People Operations team with ongoing projects as time permits.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or as a Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and recruitment software (LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • This is an 18-month maternity cover position.
