What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for enterprise sales and support roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines.
- Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple markets.
- Ensure a consistent, positive, and inclusive candidate experience.
- Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Contribute market insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for business or go-to-market roles (such as Sales, Business Development, Customer Engineering, or Customer Success).
- Experience hiring across international markets, ideally within Europe.
- Familiarity with European talent markets (for example, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, or similar).
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage candidates proactively.
- The ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional proficiency in English
