Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Maintain and further develop rankings, ratings, benchmarking projects, and data products, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collect, validate, structure, and analyze quantitative data for education-focused products.
• Manage ranking and benchmarking projects from design and data handling through scoring and results analysis.
• Develop and document data models and scoring frameworks in cooperation with analysts, topic experts, and cross-departmental teams.
• Improve data transparency, quality, reporting standards, database structures, and analytical workflows.
• Identify data needs and contribute ideas for new data-driven education products, including the use of AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in economics, social sciences, data science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or data structures, ideally in a research environment.
• Strong understanding of statistics and statistical modelling.
• Proficiency in Python or R, including data cleaning, data analysis, and data visualization; SQL is an advantage.
• Experience delivering actionable, data-driven insights and working with decision-makers.
• Fluent English required; understanding of AI trends, relevant tools, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills are expected or advantageous.
