Senior Manager, Data Analytics (AI)

Location: Greater London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with Tuesday–Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remotely. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Transform routine reporting into actionable insights that support revenue, gross-margin, acquisition, and customer-experience growth.
• Build interactive visualizations, dynamic dashboards, reusable analytics tools, and standardized reporting.
• Perform large-scale analyses of acquisition drivers, media-spend efficiency, operational metrics, and conversion.
• Embed predictive models, automated reporting, and AI-driven recommendations into business processes.
• Lead AI/ML pilot projects and scale successful automation and modelling solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, Algorithm, and Global Data Analytics teams on data products, standards, and cross-regional practices.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on analytics experience in retail, ecommerce, or consulting.
• Advanced SQL and ETL capabilities, with experience using Google Analytics and BigQuery.
• Strong data-visualization skills with Tableau or a comparable tool.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modelling.
• Experience driving data adoption, translating metrics into strategic actions, and improving revenue or gross margin.
• Existing UK right to work required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions at scale, such as recommendation engines or demand forecasting.
• Familiarity with Airflow, Prefect, MLOps tooling, automated pipelines, and predictive models.
• Experience leading global data-culture change and promoting data-centric decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
