What you will do

• Produce regular reporting and ad hoc analyses, interpret trends, and contribute solutions to identified business opportunities and problems.
• Use complex analysis and multiple data sources to identify risks and opportunities in lending processes and rules.
• Collaborate with Senior Analysts to deliver appropriate lending strategies while developing expertise in credit risk, data, commercial value, and regulatory considerations.
• Build and present credit-risk reporting and monitoring at internal meetings.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight to support stakeholder decisions and implementation of change.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an analyst position, ideally in consumer lending or financial services.
• Highly numerate or analytical background and a logical, natural problem-solving approach.
• Experience working with SQL.
• Ability to analyse complex business challenges, connect multiple sources of insight, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
• Ability to work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team and deliver results at pace.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Databricks, Python, and PowerBI.
• Experience in consumer lending or financial services.
