Account Director (Digital Marketing/AI): Managing enterprise-level client accounts, crafting holistic digital strategies, and ensuring client retention and growth with an accent on integrating data, leveraging AI, and driving ROI. Focus on translating complex digital concepts, navigating client organizations, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve client goals.
Location: Remote (US only). This position can also sit in the HQ office in Philadelphia, US. Candidates must be able to work continental US based hours.
Salary: $93,000–$118,000/year

What you will do
- Manage 3-6 enterprise-level accounts and craft overarching holistic strategies.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams (SEO/GEO, Paid Media, Analytics & Insights, Design/UX, Project Management) ensuring integration.
- Be the client and internal team champion, ensuring seamless communication across the partnership lifecycle.
- Develop deep expertise in clients' businesses and industries to identify insights, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop deep knowledge of digital channels, analyze data visualization dashboards, and ensure ROI for clients.
- Lead strategic presentations alongside a team of digital marketing practitioners.
- Be responsible for client retention and contract growth goals, including renewal and contract development.
- Leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies in client strategies and workflows, and share innovative work with clients.
- Travel about 10-15% of the year to visit clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US and able to work continental US based hours.
- Successfully juggled 3 or more enterprise-level clients, partnering with marketing managers and c-suite.
- Experience navigating complex organizational charts.
- Well-rounded background in integrated digital marketing with proven ability to translate digital concepts to client solutions and communicate ROI.
- A knack for articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences and adapting your approach.
- Comfortable leading and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.
- Ability to set an example as an account leader and provide coaching & feedback to team members.
- High standards for attention to detail, impact-driven prioritization, and follow-through.
- A solutions-oriented approach to roadblocks and comfort operating in the “gray area.”
- Strong metrics backing performance in client retention and revenue growth.
- Passionate about staying informed on Marketing trends and being on the cutting edge of AI.
