TL;DR

Corporate Account Executive (AI): Driving net-new logos and expansion for an AI-powered enterprise search platform by running full-cycle deals for high-growth companies. Focus on navigating complex organizational structures, understanding business objectives, and consistently delivering ARR revenue targets.

Location: This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Nashville office)

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually OTE

What you will do

  • Source and close net new logos within a given territory.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
  • Research and understand the business objectives of your customers to perform value-driven sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
  • Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric-based approach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performer.
  • Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product.
  • Clear examples of deals closing you have been directly involved in.
  • Experience building relationships and selling face to face to C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of best of breed softwares and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Must work hybrid 4 days a week in the Nashville office.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDPIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies.
