Graduate Business Development Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Graduate Business Development Manager (Fintech): Participating in a six-month training program to learn how to sell business credit cards to UK businesses with an accent on sourcing leads, managing customer accounts, and driving card spend. Focus on developing excellent communication skills and building rapport over the phone to achieve sales targets.

Location: This is an in-office role. The Junior Business Development team works from our central Brighton offices 5 days per week.

Salary: First year BDM OTE is £60k - £70k.

• Source leads to build and manage your own pipeline.
• Make 30-50 outbound cold calls per day.
• Manage customer accounts and drive card spend.
