What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your assigned territory through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, building trust through consultative conversations.
- Use effective, value-led sales approaches to win new business and consistently achieve performance targets.
- Develop strong knowledge across hirify.global’s products and solutions, supported by comprehensive training.
- Build long-term customer relationships by identifying relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Share insights from the field to help improve products, messaging, and sales processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role (field-based experience is a strong advantage).
- Confidence in building relationships and engaging new customers.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, particularly in a field-based environment.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
