What you will do

• Design and implement low-latency risk decisioning systems incorporating signals, rules, and machine learning models.
• Build, deploy, and operate ML-powered capabilities in production environments.
• Integrate Generative and Agentic AI into fraud detection and remediation workflows.
• Modernize platform architecture including data pipelines, microservices, and CI/CD processes.
• Implement observability and automated safety mechanisms for production services.
• Mentor engineering peers and drive the adoption of AI-focused engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production ML/AI solutions.
• Practical experience with LLM and multi-agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Langfuse.
• Expertise in RAG-based architecture and vector database implementation (e.g., Pinecone).
• Strong proficiency in a modern programming language and distributed system design.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data streaming technologies.

Nice to have

• Proven track record in building fraud and risk systems at scale.
• Experience with graph/sequence modeling or entity resolution.
• Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.
• Background in e-commerce, travel, or marketplace industries.
