What you will do

• Plan and direct activities to build, support & grow Data Security and Network Services for GCP.
• Enhance developer productivity through AI.
• Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with multi-functional teams, architects, product owners and engineers.
• Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members.
• Maintain high morale and motivate the delivery team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience, with 3+ years in a people leadership role managing software engineering teams.
• Awareness of Network Security services such as DDoS, EGress, DNS, CDN, and Networking fundamentals.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, technologies, and tools, with proven success in leading and delivering large-scale initiatives.
• Strong experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good programming background, ideally with experience in Go (Golang), Python, Java.
