What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Forward Deployed Engineers, focusing on both technical AI/ML skills and executive communication.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify strategic accounts and provide technical authority during the sales cycle.
• Synthesize customer pain points and integration patterns from the field to influence the Product and Engineering roadmaps.
• Guide the design of complex multi-agent systems, retrieval pipelines (RAG), and decision logic integrated with CRMs and ERPs.
• Implement new systems for AI Envisioning sessions to help customers navigate cloud and data infrastructure.
• Ensure the delivery of shippable capabilities that validate customer investment during pre-sales and early deployment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, CO
• 8+ years of customer-facing technical experience in Sales Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams.
• Deep expertise in the modern AI/ML stack, including LLMs, Vector Databases, and Agent Orchestration Frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or JS/TS.
• Strong ability to communicate technical ROI and trade-offs to non-technical C-suite executives.
