Focus on strategically mapping territories, leveraging sales tools for effective outreach, and consistently achieving quarterly KPIs.

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Engage with new prospective customers and identify all potential business opportunities across your region.
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify new business opportunities within targeted markets through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Articulate the value proposition and help customers understand how hirify.global's solutions improve their information security.
  • Earn trust and develop relationships with senior executives by displaying knowledge and professionalism.
  • Meet set targets and work closely with Marketing and Sales on various sales campaigns.
  • Book direct one-to-one meetings at customers’ sites and at trade shows.

Requirements

  • Strong execution of sales plays and confidence in cold calling, with ability to handle objections.
  • Ability to analyze and use account data to strategically map territories.
  • Mastery of sales tools and features, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with collaborating teams.
  • Must work in a hybrid format, 3 days a week in the Sydney office.
